Course Highlight: IT Agility: The Phenomenology of Virtualization, Consumerization and Organizational Change

Race to the Top education reform is pushing our public K-12 institutions to deliver greater achievements with less funding. Ted Love, from the Phoenix School District will share their approach to doing more with less. Using the technology shift of desktop virtualization as their momentum, the IT team in Phoenix has taken on a new identity, new roles, and new core values. This transformation is just the beginning as we set about the path of building true 21st century schools. The lesson to be shared is that innovation in a time of fiscal crisis requires skillfull leadership from IT.
