Tim Duffy is vice president, where he is responsible for all aspects of sales, product management, solutions architecture and services delivery.

Duffy has been with TERACAI since 2010 and previously served as the vice president of professional services. Prior to this, he held positions as director of professional services and regional sales manager at CXtec and has more than 15 years of sales and sales management experience. Duffy currently serves on the Cisco Advisory Council for Ingram Micro and has also held chapter president and vice president roles at Venture Tech Network (Ingram Micro).

Duffy is very active in the Central New York community, serving as co-founder of Philanthropic Foodies and donating time to the Samaritan Center. He is also a board member for the Syracuse Teacher Center. Duffy is a 2008 graduate of Leadership Greater Syracuse and was a 2007 recipient of the “40 Under 40” Award for his business accomplishments and community involvement.

We have come to NY Tech Summit for four years now and my team and I get a good variety of technical, business, and strategic sessions to complement our work objectives. I like that there is a balance of end users, consultants, and vendors to present and facilitate the sessions. The interaction is candid and engaging, but not a sales pitch. Being a regional conference helps, it is the right amount of time and location for a couple days to reenergize my team and refocus on our objectives. There seems to be quite a bit of peer discussion with a smaller conference, which I like.
