This workshop will focus on the people side of change that is critical for any successful implementation. I will walk through a change management framework that helps organizations to understand how to create awareness and motivate their people to actually want to change their behaviors in order to achieve astonishing results. I will breakdown the relationship between people, process, and technology and give crunchy solutions to the audience on how to implement a new program or process or technology in their own organization. I follow the ADKAR framework for change management and have deployed on many successful project in which I will share a few examples as case studies. I will also cover the most effective way to communicate to your team as well as how to manage pockets of resistance in your organization as you roll out a new process or technology that may appear to be disruptive.
