All exhibitors must obtain and supply a certificate of insurance (COI) coverage as per Term #7 in the NY Tech Summit Terms and Conditions. This is required for all vendors participating. Please submit this COI to firstname.lastname@example.org by May 18, 2018.

If you need to ship booth materials to Tech Summit, download the “Exhibitor Shipping & Decorating Packet.” This packet also includes an order form for additional booth furniture if you wish (each 10x10 booth is already outfitted with a 6’ table, two chairs and draping). NOTE: Booth numbers may not be assigned by the time you need to ship your materials. Please write your company name in the space on the order form that asks for booth number.
If you need to order A/V equipment for your booth, download the “Audio Visual Order Form.”
To obtain lead retrieval services for NY Tech Summit after you have registered for your booth please email email@example.com or call 877-384-8829. Lead retrieval is $150 per lead gatherer, and offers access to a lead retrieval app to be used on your own smartphone devices. This provides the ability to scan barcodes located on attendee badges and facilitates easy follow-up to maximize ROI. Forms due May 18, 2018.
Exhibitors participating in the Tech Sandbox will need to have their main exhibitor booth and Tech Sandbox table staffed during all exhibit floor hours. A NY Tech Summit representative will be contacting you to discuss your interactive demo.
You are welcome to host prize giveaways at your exhibitor booth, but will be responsible for contacting the winner(s) and arranging delivery of these items on your own. NY Tech Summit will not make announcements of these giveaways during the show on your company’s behalf.
Please let us know of upcoming company announcements, sneak peeks of what you’ll be featuring in your exhibitor booth, and/or new product launches. Information submitted may be included in social media and other promotions prior to the event. We encourage you to be actively involved with NY Tech Summit on our social media sites:
