James VanDusen

James is currently the Manager of Engineering and Development at CXtec in Syracuse NY.  He also serves as Software Architect for IAM projects representing One Identity, a division of Quest Software serving both government as well as commercial accounts.  James was former President and Founder of ICTG, LLC – Information and Communication Technologies Group.  Established in 2007, ICTG assisted businesses of all sizes in better adapting and utilizing web technologies, and integrating internal applications to work with, and for, the web.  Prior to this, James served as Chief Technology Officer at Cazenovia College.  His experience includes over 25 years of continuous information technology experience, leading teams of programmers and graphics artists at Cazenovia College, TMD Technologies, Intermedia Communications (formerly EMI), and STF Services.

James is the father of five children, ranging in ages from 19 through 29.  He is a graduate of Westhill High School and Onondaga Community College and loves the Central New York region.  Prior to joining LGS, James served on both the Leadership Greater Syracuse (LGS) and the Madison County Mental Health Board of Directors (CSB).  He and his wife Alice reside in Liverpool, NY.  Hobbies include maintaining and construction of real life R2D2 and other Star Wars related robots, Air shows and regional sci-fi gaming conventions.  James is also an avid movie goer.
