Emotional Intelligence is comprised of the ability to understand and manage ones emotions. This can lead to increases in success in all areas of life, from the core of relationships, to projects, to learning a new skill. In this session we'll navigate Emotional Intelligence and how to find people with it, how to grow it within people who do not have it and how to shift a culture of skilled teams to emotionally intelligent teams.
